My visit to Berlin

Berlin view from road
It was somewhere between the 1st and the 2nd week of September, 2014.
We went to Berlin via Köln Hauptbahnhof (in English: Cologne central station). On our way, we saw a huge Cathedral, many buildings, several IC and ICEs. Finally, after hrs of waiting, we reached Berlin.
When we were roaming, we saw trams, double-decker buses, shops made of pure Mahogany, timber, and whatnot. There was music playing in restaurants. The Berlin station was made of glass. The buses roof-top was open so we could enjoy the cool wind. Basically I loved the city. Its atmosphere, the people, and practically everything about it.
There was this huge building of C&A- the international chain of retail fashion clothing stores. It had over 15 floors. We went in and enjoyed playing games like snakes & ladders, etc. There were games where you get a free voucher of 5 Euros or a small packet of gummy bears. I won a game and also the latter with it. There I got a pair of socks also.

After that, we went to the TV Tower. You all must have heard about it.
Then we had lunch in an Indian restaurant. Yep, there are Indian restaurants in foreign. Do you think they’re savages or something? After that we went to our hotel. Here were two cosy bunk beds for us to sleep on. And that night I slept like a log.
The next morning, we visited a natural history museum called ‘Museum für Naturkunde’-literally: museum for natural history. It had a huge dinosaur’s skeleton in the centre of the hall. We took audio guide this time also.  After lunch, they showed a movie about space. Then there was a section of animals. Here, they had stuffed birds, insects and animals on display. There were various types of fishes- Hammer head shark, tiger shark, etc.
Well, that was it. The last day. It wasn’t as much fun as Munich, but it was okay. I liked the museum part best.
